Aside from educational growth and financial resources, we are aware that people would like to meet others who are also undocumented, as we are one another's greatest resource. Moreover, the organizations are not simply for advocacy work, but also to nourish a sense of empowerment and the existance of a safe space.

Atlas: DIY works with immigrant youth to unlock access to legal services, learning opportunities, and leadership development, in a space owned, run and governed by the youth themselves. DIY launched College Club as a response to growing demand from our members for programs that addressed their college needs. We believe that all Members deserve access to higher education and that higher education can be a tool for community empowerment and transformation.

CUNY DREAMers’ mission is to build a network of support to help with the college retention and successful graduation of undocumented students. CD believes that by making higher education more accessible, we will advance the cause of equality for all undocumented Americans across the country. We organize, advocate and support all progressive policies that protect and provide opportunities to undocumented Americans.

Make the Road New York (MRNY) builds the power of Latino and working class communities to achieve dignity and justice through organizing, policy innovation, transformative education, and survival services.Our model integrates multi-issue, multi-generational organizing – on workers’ rights, tenant rights, LGBTQ justice, youth power and policing, public schools and education justice, immigration justice, and climate.



The New York Immigration Coalition envisions a New York State that is stronger because all people are welcome, treated fairly, and given the chance to pursue their dreams. Its mission is to unite immigrants, members & allies so all New Yorkers can thrive.


The NYSYLC was the first undocumented youth led organization in New York. We work to empower immigrant youth through leadership development, grassroots organizing, educational advancement, and self-expression. Our goal is to give undocumented youth the tools and space to organize and create change in our communities.


MinKwon empowers the Korean American community and works with the wider Asian American and immigrant communities, to achieve economic and social justice for all. We envision a just and equitable society where all people can live in harmony, dream and achieve their full potential.





The work of our office is, at its heart, about inclusion. New York City's Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs works to ensure that all immigrant New Yorkers are part of the City and have access to justice, and advocates for continued immigration reforms at all levels of government in order to eliminate inequities that impact New York's immigrant communities.The Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs is here to assist and advocate for all immigrant New Yorkers. The UndocuBlack Network (UBN) is a multigenerational network of currently and formerly undocumented Black people that fosters community, facilitates access resources, and contributes to transforming the realities of our people. The UndocuBlack Network’s mission is twofold: 1) to “Blackify” this country’s understanding of the undocumented population and 2) to facilitate access to resources for the Black undocumented community.



We are the voice for those who suffer in silence, face oppression, and struggle to access justice because of poverty. Since 1876, we have proudly advocated for our clients, changing the laws one case at a time, one reform at a time. We are fiercely committed to advancing equal justice for all New Yorkers, every single day in every single way.


CUNY Citizenship Now! provides free, high quality, and confidential immigration law services to help individuals and families on their path to U.S. citizenship. Our attorneys and paralegals offer one-on-one consultations to assess participants’ eligibility for legal benefits and assist them in applying when qualified. We also coordinate community, educational, and volunteer initiatives to help expand opportunities for NYC’s immigrant population.

Yonkers Sanctuary Movement is a grassroots organization that educates and mobilizes immigrants and allies in Yonkers, New York to keep immigrant families safe from detention and deportation, and to fight for justice for the undocumented community of Yonkers.

Mixteca's mission is to empower the Mexican and Latin-American immigrants of the New York area by providing them access to services that enhance their quality of life and will allow them to reach sustainable social and economic development. They offer a variety of programs and services that respond to the specific needs of immigrant families and aim to build a supportive environment.



As a nationwide network of students, educators, and allies, PHD’s mission is to support undocumented pre-health students by serving as a Community of students and allies offering peer support and professional development, a Resource of unprecedented knowledge on related career pathways, an Advocate for increased access to health careers and health care for the undocumented community.


Founded in 2000, DRUM has mobilized and built the leadership of thousands of low-income, South Asian and Indo-Caribbean immigrants to lead social and policy change that impacts their own lives- from immigrant rights to education reform, civil rights, and worker’s justice.


FWD.us is a bipartisan political organization that believes America’s families, communities, and economy thrive when more individuals are able to achieve their full potential. For too long, our broken immigration and criminal justice systems have locked too many people out from the American dream.
